AGPR – Performance & Results, managed by Ayelet Gradman specializes in communications strategy and processes of organizational and interpersonal communications.
We accompany executive boards and senior officials as they upgrade their interpersonal communication skills by formulating and conveying messages, speaking to the public and on the media, interface communications, communications during times of change and networking – all used as managerial tools toward achieving business success.
Consulting is provided on an individual and group basis, customized to correspond with the specific organization’s operations, environment, business, communication and management challenges.
Training is offered in Hebrew and English, and it includes hands-on simulations using CCTV.

Ayelet Gradman holds over two decades of experience in senior executive positions in the field of spokesmanship,
interorganizational communications, strategic consulting and crisis management for business and public organization, working extensively both in Israel and in the U.S.
In the past, Ayelet served as the spokesperson and a senior executive in several organizations, including Pelephone (leading telecommunications company in Israel), Israel Postal
Service and the Ra’anana Municipality. She was the owner and CEO of AG Marketing Communications, which specialized in providing media consulting and crisis management services to multinational organizations (including Siemens, CA, GNC, David Shield, Domino’s Pizza, TIM – Technion Institute of Management and Clal Personal Financing) and she also served as media consultant for TBG in California, USA.
Lectures at the Bar Ilan University seminar center, co-author of “A Dialogue with the Public”, published in Israel.
